You are only eligible for a refund if:
• A product is damaged
• A product is missing
• The package did not arrive
Partial Refund:
If only one item in your order is damaged or missing, a partial refund will be issued for that item.
Full Refund:
If the entire package is damaged, missing, or did not arrive, you will receive a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Contact us directly as soon as you receive the package (Within 24 Hours).
- Provide a clear photo showing the damage or issue with the item
The refund amount will be issued as a gift card/credit, which can be used for any future purchases with Pal-Souk.
Refund requests that do not include photo evidence or are submitted after an extended period may not be accepted.
